SCI "JMPL" is the legal entity owning the "Domaine de Bellevue". The acronym JPLM will be the name used in place in this document when necessary.
These general terms and conditions represent the entirety of the commitments between JPLM and the Internet users and tenants. If one or more of the provisions of these general terms and conditions were invalidated for any reason whatsoever the other provisions will remain valid. The present general conditions, the substantive rules and the rules of form are governed by the French law. JPLM reserves the right to modify the provisions of these general conditions.
Conditions for tenants
The tenant acknowledges that the benefit of JPLM will be fully executed upon confirmation of the rental application under the terms and conditions described in the online order.
The tenant certifies on the honour the sincerity and accuracy of the information communicated in his request for rental in particular on the guarantees made to the owner. A valid phone number & email are required to be able to validate the rental request.
Each rental application is registered and has a unique number. It cannot in any case be used by another tenant.
Limitation of Liability
JPLM brings the utmost attention to the information communicated on the site and to their update. However, this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes can be made on the different elements of the site without prior notice. However, the availabilities, prices, descriptions can be changed at any time.
Under no circumstances JPLM should be liable for any damage resulting from the use of this site. The applicable law does not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, or limitations of liability above, so that the above exclusions are not applicable to you.
The tenant and his guests must take all necessary precautions to protect their personal belongings. The loss, theft or damage to personal objects or vehicles of the tenant or its guests is under no circumstances under the responsibility of JPLM.
JPLM offers rooms, various products and services.
Requests for rental or purchase of products or services are paid by credit card or PayPal. Requests paid by PayPal or credit card are made immediately via PayPal's secure website. Your credit card information is only visible through PayPal and by no means communicated to the https://www.domaine-de-bellevue.fr website.
Each payment is the subject of an invoice sent by email to the address provided by the tenant during the reservation.
JPLM may ask the tenant for a deposit in cash or by credit card at the beginning of the stay. The amount of the deposit will depend on the total amount of the reservation. This deposit will be returned upon departure, after inspection of the premises. This deposit will be used for compensation that the tenant could have caused as a result of theft, damage to housing or failure to comply with the rules of the establishment.
Any cancellation request must be made at least 24 hours before the date of arrival via email to the following address: email@example.com. The refund of the reservation will be made by cheque or by credit card or PayPal.
No refund will be made in cash.
Cancellations received on the same day of the scheduled arrival date will not be reimbursed.
Rules of Procedure

- The rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
- The departure of the tenant of the Domaine de Bellevue must be done before 10:00am on the morning of the day of the end of stay.
- If the tenant leaves the premises after 10:00am, JPLM will be able to claim additional charges for extended stay, up to the one-day rate of the room (s) that are the subject of the tenancy.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the establishment and outside within 10 metres of the area's doors or windows.
- No pets will be allowed in the establishment as well as all the property.
- The vehicles of the tenants and their guests must be parked in the parking lot located at the top of the Domaine de Bellevue.
- No noise or visual nuisance will be permitted after 22:00 unless prior written authorization is officially provided by JPLM. We encourage you to respect the other tenants and the neighborhood at all the time.
- No fire, BBQ or other activities will be permitted unless prior written authorization is officially made by JPLM.
- Failure to comply with any of these clauses will allow JPLM to take such measures as it deems necessary to obtain compliance with the settlement or compensation if applicable.
The JPLM brand is a trademark operated by the company SCI JPLM. Any representation and/or reproduction and/or partial or total exploitation of this mark is therefore prohibited. The general structure of the site, as well as the databases, texts, graphics and images are the property of the company SCI JPLM with the exception of certain photos which may come from other sites whose promotion is on the site itself. It is forbidden to carry out qualitatively or quantitatively substantial extraction of the databases placed online on the site of JPLM, or to use these databases in an abnormal framework. Any representation and/or reproduction and/or partial or total exploitation of this site, by any procedure whatsoever, without the express and prior authorisation of the company SCI JPLM is prohibited and would constitute an infringement within the meaning of articles L 335-2 And the following of the intellectual Property Code.
